We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted.

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly review the matter and offer an appropriate resolution.

To be eligible for review:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The item must remain unused and in its original condition
Proof of the issue must be provided, including clear photos and order details
Requests submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

If your request is approved, Velario may, at its sole discretion:
Replace the item, orIssue a refund to the original payment method.

Velario reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
